Personal Profile
Dr. Jason Miller is a practical theologian and transformational coach with a PhD focused in Theological Leadership. Jason has been published in the Journal for Christian Ministry, the Journal of Religious Leadership, and the Christian Education Journal, and is passionate about challenging individuals and institutions to be courageous in considering how their beliefs are effecting their behaviors and thus their lived experience. Jason is a 5x National Championship assistant coach with both Men's Indoor and Women's Beach volleyball programs. He currently serves as the Chair for the Board at Kids Alive International (Kidsalive.org) and as an adjunct faculty member with PhD, EdD, and DMin students at Talbot School of Theology. He is also the co-founder of Home4Good a "for profit for a cause" real estate program that he partners with his wife to run.
With all of this said, still his greatest joy is found in the simple moments spent exploring God's creation with his wife Brooke and 5 year-old daughter Tavryn.
Coaching came out of being the son of a music pastor and 15 years of ministry experiences by which he noticed the freedom being preached lacking in the lived experience of Kingdom leaders. He became a fierce advocate for the concept that leaders could make a bigger difference in less time experiencing the promise that "perfect love casts out all fear" (1 John 4:18).
